The Most Recent Season Of Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Unless you watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine, then you will need to. It's one of the best comedy shows on tv at the moment. With a cast starring Andy Samburg (who is also a producer on the show), Terry Crews, along with Andre Braugher, just how can you go wrong? Since year 4 ended on a cliff hanger, I couldn't hold out for season 5's premiere back in September. It's already been a wild ride, with a cannibal cell-mate, a union proposal, and a cell phone spy app employed like a plot device. This series just gets better and better. Keep reading for my initial thoughts around 5 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Jake's Release From Prison

At the close of season 4, Hawkins eyeglasses both Jake and Rosa at a bank robbery. They found guilty if they go to trial and are both sent to jail. More than anything else, I always wanted to see how Jake could find a way out. {I also really enjoyed his interactions with his jailmate, who is actually a cannibal. While he works in a undercover assignment for its prison warden, the remainder of the 99 runs on the cell phone spy app to start looking for signs of Jake's and Rosa's innocence on Hawkins' telephone number. Regrettably, both plans fall through.I'll not spoil the way these were freed, however it turned out to be a satisfying decision that will most likely arrive again down the road.

The Proposal

This part, however, I will spoil -- it's just too exciting to maintain myself. Since the show's first episode, I thought Amy and Jake would be the perfect couple. They didn't officially start dating before beginning of season 3, however it had been worth the wait. They truly are always supportive and looking out for each other, even though they will have such unique personalities. At the most recent episode, the annual Halloween, Jake finally popped the question. There was no cliffhanger here. Amy instantly said yes and the couple announced their participation into the rest of the squad.

Overall, Brooklyn Nine-Nine combines hilarious humor with interesting, interesting plots and realistic personality development. Season 5 surely doesn't disappoint thus far. If you haven't already, you see the whole show, along with the newest episodes even on Hulu.
